Because each item is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized products. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
A product is eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- Was in a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery
- Has one or more parts of the accessories missing
- Does not match what was ordered
In order to be eligible for a refund,
- you have to contact us and return the product within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again or contact the bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Refund:
After we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. Note that it may take 14 business days for a refund to show up on your account or credit card statement.
